This past weekend while out shopping I had purchased the book called "The Clean Eat Diet" by Tosca Reno. I am not much of a reader, as a matter of fact I tend to get disinterested in books as quickly as I start them. But as I began to read what Tosca had to say I found I could not put this book down. Tosca and Chalene Johnson have very similar views on clean eating which I have been finding to be very much a part of my life.
Just what are the benefits of clean eating?
This is not a quick fix or just another fad diet, but instead a life long change of habit that you will want to follow for better health. This eating style will not only make the fat drop off, but it will give you radiant skin, lustrous hair, and increased energy to spare!! Eating clean allows you to eat so much food, and so many calories that you should never feel hungry. By following this plan you will actually speed up your metabolism, which allows you to BURN-BURN-BURN the fat right off of your body. Eating this way will help you keep the excess weight off forever.
How often have you exercised and felt that you just were not accomplishing anything. You have spent countless hours doing aerobic activity, pounding the pavement with running, or hitting the gym several times a week, and just don't see the results you are looking for.
